‘About time’: Chris Evans’ fans approve his Sexiest Man Alive 2022 vote
Chris Evans’ Sexy Man Of The Year win is a landmark and it’s not a small feat.
The 30-year-old footballer will receive the prize on Wednesday night (09.06.18) as Evans, who has starred for England, Scotland and his native Australia is voted for by his fans.
The prize is a first for the English footballer, who is currently on loan at LA Galaxy after leaving Celtic in the summer.
It is thought there are around 2,500 votes on a single page on the website.
It is not the first award Evans has picked for himself, but it is the first he has won on a UK fan’s website.
And while he is yet to see his first goal in his new role as England manager, Evans won fans’ hearts when he tweeted: ‘I’m more likely to get a selfie with a new-born baby’s arm around my knee.

‘You’re going to have to wait till I’m your manager to find out who he is,’ said a tweet sent by Evans last month.
His win came after he was crowned FHM’s European Sexiest Man Of The Year for 2018.
He was also voted as the FHM 100 Sexiest Man Alive for 2018.
He has won the award for the sixth time and is now bidding to win the third.
