The real reason for lawyer violence against churches, schools and even colleges

To name a few Canadian schools, the London, Hamilton, San Francisco, Lakehead, and the major U.S. schools. And in Toronto, in the Blue Ridge community, the Anglican schools.

It is not surprising that there is resistance to the idea that their houses of worship might be safe havens.

I should point out that the initials always start with R.

The action often initiated is a lawsuit. The lawsuit argued that the students were raped or molested in their houses of worship. This class action lawsuit was brought to Vancouver’s Supreme Court. It was heard by a retired Supreme Court judge. It went on for three years and it was settled out of court on a monetary basis. In addition, the insurance that the school district had purchased was also purchased with the promise of an indemnity. This insurer agreed to this indemnity.

Is insurance essential in any case? Should they indemnify in general civil cases? It is often important for the insurance company to make sure that the policy pays, if and when liabilities are asserted in court. Sometimes, insurance underwriters are overwhelmed by lawsuits, but their obligation to provide good insurance to keep companies and industries running is great. The reason most insurance writers create policies is to have good coverage for the risks they insure. Some people have not made the connection between health and physical fitness, or safety of students and homes.

2nd Degree Murder

The health of a society and its institutions are dependent on the health of its people and institutions. It is essential that the best that we can expect in society, the best care and protection of those in religious institutions, and the best access to the most ethical treatments, is available and funded.

At the same time, it is essential that they be guaranteed the protection of our law. When the lawyers are active in these cases, the costs in both dollars and human suffering to be endured by someone for the sake of law are great. The cost in terms of suffering, lost time, damaged reputation and other damages from careless defense lawyers and court misbehavior can be significant.

The plaintiffs in the lawsuits brought by people who had been sexually abused, though they often want to, cannot win the lawsuit. They win on the money.

How good is this insurance? How much more important is it than other insurance provided to employers and to others? In the end, is it less than what is required by the Law, or more?

In the end, how much more important is the care and protection for people who use religious institutions to raise their children, or the care and protection of the institutions that rely on people who work in them. If you want to stop seeing institutions as places of worship and as places where people gather, then so be it.
